It was a fantastic stay that catered to all of our needs during our visit.

Everything was simply perfect. Sincerely, it was an exceptional stay for all your visit needs. The rooms were a nice size and included central heating, TV set, and a microwave oven etc. The location was convenient and ideal, the staff was amazingly attentive. Had tea and goodies at Friendship Cafe, nestled 1 mi of the hotel.

Great location near beach and restaurants, clean and cute condo with canal view balcony, good amenities including nice TVs and comfortable beds, smooth check-in process and affordable price. Bring your own TP and garbage bags.

Convenient communication via phone calls and text messages, loved the texting option. Enjoyed a party with friends and appreciated the understanding management. Great atmosphere and location, couldn't have asked for better. Will definitely use again.

I recently stayed at The Villas Las Olas Hotel 'Apart for a weekend getaway. The apartment was well located and equipped with comfortable beds and plenty of storage. The outside area by the pool was great, and it was so easy to walk to the beach or Las Olas. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I loved the luxurious and clean villa, and the check-in process was seamless with all the necessary information emailed to me. a fabulous experience!

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Located in a bustling area surrounded by charming bars and restaurants, these apartments boast a picturesque canal view. the location is perfect for enjoying the beach or shopping at one of many nearby shops. the apartment was clean and spacious, consisting of a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and pool access. Laundry facilities were available for added convenience.

Communication with the staff could have been improved.

I loved everything about this hotel! the location was perfect - super close to the airport and right by all these amazing restaurants and shops that I needed for my stay. Secondly, the hotel facilities were incredible. It had everything I needed for an enjoyable and comfortable trip. Lastly, the hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.

I had such a pleasant surprise during my recent stay in Fort Lauderdale. Normally, my family and I stay at luxurious hotels like The Ritz or W, but this time we needed something more family-friendly. Las Olas Royal Beach Apartments turned out to be the perfect choice for us. We wanted the flexibility of a kitchen and the comfort of a clean and relaxing place with a pool. From the moment we arrived, the staff, especially Garret and his assistant Sashi, were incredibly pleasant and helpful. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly and the grounds were well-maintained. We stayed in a spacious 2-bedroom apartment and had a great time. The location was convenient, and they even provided a shuttle service to nearby restaurants. We truly had a non-intrusive and perfect stay. Thank you to Garret and the entire staff for making our time at Las Olas Royal Beach Apartments so enjoyable.
